Dr. Christal Forgenie, MD

Dr. Christal Forgenie is a board certified general pediatrician from Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.  After graduating from  Brooklyn Technical High School, she went on to attend Brown University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology.  From there, she obtained her Medical Degree from Stonybrook University-School of Medicine, and thereafter, went on to complete her residency at The Morgan Stanley-Children's Hospital of NY at Colombia Presbyterian Hospital.  

 Her passion is to keep and make children healthy.  Dr. Forgenie ensures that she stays up to date with new recommendations and data as they relate to pediatrics.  She is especially devoted to educating parents and children, so that everyone (physician, parent, and in many cases, the patient) can make informed and educated decisions regarding all aspects of children's health.

 When Dr. Forgenie is not working, she enjoys reading, cooking Trinidadian food, staying physically active, and traveling abroad.  Her family also keeps her very busy, especially her 2 children.  Dr. Forgenie lives in Brooklyn, but Harlem is definitely her second home.
